AESORYX is the medical product ecosystem of Gatai Inc. MediVerse is the application described on this website. The website inquiry database is separate from the medical simulation runtime. You can visit the company website at g-atai.com.
Information provided through a form
The form collects your name, institution, organization type, professional role, email, optional phone, country, area of interest, selected specialties, use case, deployment interest, expected user count and message. It also records your consent, the consent-text version, a receipt reference, request status and submission time.
Provide institutional requirements and contact details. Do not enter patient names, clinical records, sensitive patient information or confidential material.
Purpose and destination
A successful submission stores the request in the website's separate AESORYX inquiry database on the Gatai-managed server for authorized review and response. It does not write into MediVerse's patient data, enroll you in marketing, book a meeting or send an automated email. A receipt is shown only after the database accepts the request.
Access and public disclosure
The public form can create a request. There is no public endpoint for listing or reading inquiries. Request review requires authorized database access. The application does not include submitted contact details or message content in its request-error logs.
Cookies and browsing
The implemented inquiry form does not require an account or set a marketing cookie. No third-party advertising or analytics service has been configured in the application. The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information as part of serving and protecting the website; its operational settings should be reviewed before public launch.
Retention and privacy requests
A public retention schedule, designated privacy contact and request-handling process have not yet been established for this preview. Gatai Inc. must confirm these details and the appropriate privacy terms before the website begins public inquiry collection. No retention duration, compliance certification or response deadline is asserted here.
If a submission fails
A storage error is reported as an unsuccessful submission. If a connection ends before receipt is confirmed, the form cannot establish whether the request reached storage. Keep a successful reference for any later correspondence.
Simulation information
Website diagrams use conceptual graphics and synthetic examples. They do not show real patient records, give clinical advice or establish that MediVerse is a clinically validated system.
